Engineering Futures Lab is a coaching and cohort program for engineers who are technically excellent but stuck on the path to their next role. Through weekly 1:1 executive coaching and a small peer cohort, you'll build the self-awareness, feedback, and leadership skills that actually move careers forward, at a moment when the traditional path upward is changing faster than ever.

Program Details

One-on-one sessions built to create real awareness of your patterns, your blind spots, and your goals, and to keep you accountable to the vision you're building week over week. This isn't advice-giving. It's dedicated time to think clearly about your leadership with someone whose only job is to help you get where you're going.

Weekly 1:1 Executive Coaching

Live roundtables with industry professionals, workshops, and group development built around the real challenges of moving from strong individual contributor to recognized leader, alongside a small group of peers who understand exactly where you are because they're living it too.
