Why Leadership & Life together? At ThriveLab Coaching, we know it is all the same. Sure, we have tips and tricks to help with different goals along the way, but what makes the most difference is your energy. During our time together, many clients are surprised to learn that what is holding them back has more to do with internal than external blocks. Our process will incorporate taking time to explore the energy that is getting in the way, in order to make your changes, transitions, and goals not just achievable, but sustainable.
The package includes weekly coaching sessions over the course of 6 months, designed to help you achieve your long term and short term goals. New clients will start with an Energy Leadership Index assessment to develop a base level, set goals for the overall engagement, and adjust as needed on a weekly basis.
