Hi, I’m Christine Dearmont, Founder of Thrivelab.
You already have what it takes. Thrivelab helps you access it. That’s always been my approach; from founding and leading the Women & Engineering Center at WashU to directing business development operations in tech, automotive, energy, and higher education industries- the questions are different- but the answers come from the same place: the client’s current situation relative to their goals.
At Thrivelab, we combine over eighteen years of experience in business and higher education, coupled with industry credentials, to deliver a unique framework designed to help you reach sustainable results and lead with ease.
My style blends professional with fun. I hold space for clients as they are, and we partner to build toward their goals together. I work with individual clients and corporate clients who hire me to develop custom packages, which can be strictly coaching, or a blend of cohort leadership development alongside private coaching sessions.

The Thrivelab Approach
Most high-performing professionals reach a point where effort alone isn’t enough to produce the results they want in their career and in their life. They have the skills, the experience, the drive- and yet something doesn’t translate. That gap, between what you're capable of and what you're consistently producing, is exactly where ThriveLab works.
At ThriveLab, coaching is built on two foundational questions: What are you uniquely wired to do? And from what internal place are you doing it?
These aren't philosophical questions. They're measurable ones. And answering them — precisely, personally, and without guesswork — is what separates transformation from conversation.
We are certified and trained in two of the most validated tools in leadership development, and we use them together — because each illuminates what the other cannot.
Gallup Cliffton Strengths
CliftonStrengths identifies your top talent themes- the patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that come naturally to you and that, when developed, produce your greatest results. Understanding your strengths isn't about knowing your personality. It's about knowing your edge.
iPEC Energy Leadership Index
The ELI is a one-of-a-kind attitudinal assessment that measures your average resonating level of energy- the internal lens through which you perceive every situation, relationship, and challenge in your life. It doesn't measure personality or aptitude. It measures consciousness. And unlike fixed traits, energy is something you can shift.
The Framework: Strengths-Energy Interplay™
Here is what most people don't realize: your strengths don't operate in isolation. They are filtered through your energy — and energy changes everything.
A leader with a natural talent for strategic thinking, operating from a low energetic state, may use that ability to catastrophize, to find all the reasons something won't work. That same talent, operating from a higher state, becomes the clarity and vision that moves a team forward. Same strength. Entirely different result.
This is the insight that only becomes visible when both tools are in the room.
Your CliftonStrengths profile tells us what you bring. Your ELI tells us the conditions under which those gifts fully emerge — and what gets in the way when they don't. Together, they give us a complete, individualized map of who you are at your best and a clear line of sight to getting there more consistently, more intentionally, and with far less effort than you'd expect.
